Abstract

Denna fallstudie syftar till att undersöka hur en lokal implementering av den nationella livsmedelsstrategin kan se ut, med det planerade ar-betet i Grästorps kommun och de lokala förutsättningarna där som ex-empel. Kommunen har uttryckt ett stort intresse för att arbeta med frågan och många praktiska förutsättningar talar för en lokal satsning på livsmedelsstrategiskt arbete.
Fallet är studerat ur ett aktör-nätverksperspektiv och en kvalitativ stu-die är gjord med totalt har 16 personer som har olika positioner i för-hållande till ett eventuellt livsmedelsstrategiarbete. Det finns i dagsläget inte ett tydligt, aktivt nätverk att studera men många intressanta aktörer som interagerar, tidigare har interagerat el-ler på andra sätt tenderar att påverka varandras varande och verksam-het. De olika aktörerna har olika verklighetsbilder vilka påverkar både vilka behov som blir synliga och vilka insatser som är möjliga. I dagsläget lyckas ingen aktör översätta de olika verklighetsbilderna på ett sätt som övertygar de inblandade parterna aktörer om att de tjänar på ett lokalt livsmedelsstrategiskt arbete. För att ett framtida arbete kring lokal mat i Grästorps kommun ska bli framgångsrikt behöver insatser som görs fokusera på att ge befintliga livsmedelsproducenter och andra nyckelaktörer möjlighet att uttrycka sina behov samt visa och skapa förståelse för varandras resurser. En symbol att samlas till skulle kunna vara skolmaten.

This case study aims to investigate what a local implementation of the national food strategy can look like, with the planned work in Grästorps municipality and the local conditions there as an example. Grästorp municipality has a positive attitude concerning working strategical with local food systems and practical circumstances indicate a local implementation of the national strategy is possible.
In the study 16 people holding different positions in relation to a pos-sible food strategy is included. An actor-network perspective is used for analyzation. There is currently no clear, active network to study, but many interesting actors who interact, have previously interacted or otherwise tend to influence each other's being and activities. The dif-ferent actors all describe their experienced reality in different ways. Currently no actor is able to translate the various realities in a way that convinces all the involved parties that they gain from a local food strat-egy.
For future strategic work with local food systems, efforts must be made that give food producers and other key actors the opportunity to express their needs and show and understand each other's resources. A symbol to gather around could be the school meals.
