Abstract

Detta arbete utreder skillnaderna i lekvärde och hållbarhet mellan naturlekplatsen Siegbahnsparken och lekotopen Ormesta lekotoppark för att vidare jämföra skillnaderna mellan naturlekplatser och lekotoper. Dessa skillnader identifieras med hjälp av analysverktyget Kom ut & lek! framtaget av Caroline Andersson. Syftet med uppsatsen är att visa på hur kommunala lekmiljöer i framtiden bör utformas för att gynna barns utveckling samt för att skapa hållbara platser som bidrar till hållbar samhällsutveckling. Denna hållbara samhällsutveckling kommer i sin tur motivera att barn mer plats i framtida samhällsplanering. Resultatet av analysen gav Siegbahnsparken 8 poäng av 12 möjliga, inom kategorin Lekplatsens egenskaper, och 1,25 poäng av 3 möjliga, inom kategorin geografisk kontext. Ormesta lekotoppark fick resultatet 11 av 12 möjliga inom Lekplatsens egenskaper och 2,25 av 3 möjliga inom Geografisk kontext.

This work investigates the differences in play value and sustainability between the nature playground Siegbahnsparken and the playscape Ormesta lekotoppark to further compare the differences between nature playgrounds and playscape. These differences are identified by using the analysis tool Get out & Play! developed by Caroline Andersson. The purpose of the thesis is to show how municipal playgrounds should be designed in the future to benefit children’s development and to create sustainable places that contribute to sustainable societal development. This sustainable societal development will in turn motivate giving children more space in future community planning. The result of the analysis gave Siegbahnsparken 8 points out of 12 possible, in the category Playground properties, and 1.25 points out of 3 possible, in the category Geographical context. Ormesta lekotoppark got the result 11 out of 12 possible within the Playground's properties and 2.25 out of 3 possible within Geographical context.
