Abstract

Säkert Bondförnuft startade som projekt 2009 och hade som huvudmål att halvera olycksfallen inom svenskt lantbruk fram till 2013. Syftet var att få lantbrukarna själva att förstå att endast deras egna förändringar kunde resultera i en förbättrad arbetsmiljösituation. Det konstaterades att det skulle krävas olika typer av handledning och information för att få lantbrukarna att komma till insikt med detta. Det beslutades att utbilda cirka 140 handledare som skulle hålla aktiviteter där man valde att rikta in sig på små och medelstora lantbruks- och skogsföretag där både barn, vuxna och äldre vistades. Handledarna var verksamma under fem års tid och sedan utvärderades projektet. Aktiviteterna som handledarna främst utförde var Tre Träffar, Individuella gårdsbesök och Gårdsvandringar.
I det här arbetet undersöks det hur handledarna själva upplevt sin tid som handledare i projektet Säkert Bondförnuft och vilka som var de vanligaste riskerna de såg ute hos lantbrukarna. För att ta reda på detta genomfördes arbetet i två steg där det första steget var en förstudie i form av kvalitativa intervjuer. Det andra steget gjordes via en enkätstudie där en kvantitativ metod användes. Totalt skickades enkäten ut till 68 personer varav 47 personer svarade, vilket gav en svarsfrekvens på 69 %. Av enkätstudien framgår det att majoriteten av handledarna har varit nöjda med sin utbildning och insats i Säkert Bondförnuft. Det framkommer också förslag på förbättringar och vad som kunde ha varit bättre. Av de riskerna handledarna fick gradera framgick det att stress och arbete med rörliga maskiner är de riskfaktor de bedömer som mest betydande.

The Safe common-sense project was founded in 2009 with a main goal to reduce accidents in Swedish farming with 50 % by 2013. The purpose of the project was to make the farmers understand that only by making changes themselves could result in an improved work environment situation. It was pointed out that different types of guidance and information activities would be required in order to make the farmers realize this themselves. It was decided that 140 supervisors were to be educated in order to execute activities with the goal to pinpoint small and medium sized agriculture- and forestry enterprises housing elderly, adults and children. The supervisors worked with the project for five years and then it was evaluated. The activities executed by the supervisors were mainly “Three gatherings”, Individual farm visits and “Farm site walks”.
This paper seeks to determine how the supervisors themselves have experienced their time working with the Safe common-sense project and witch ones of the risks that were the most common on the farms that they visited. In order to determine the above written the project was carried out in two different steps. In the first step using qualitative interviews a pilot study was done. In the second step a survey was sent out to a total of 68 respondents. In all it was answered by 47 of them giving a responding frequency of 69 %. The survey shows that the majority of the supervisors are all in all satisfied with their education and their contribution to the project. It also shows ideas on improvements and things that could have been carried out in a better way. Among the risks graded by the supervisors attention was given to especially ones concerning stress and tasks involving work using machines with moving parts.
