Abstract

Övergången mellan projektering och produktion har identifierats som en synnerligen komplicerad övergång inom byggprocessen, där många aktörer lämnar projektet och nya tar över. Av den anledningen är det av betydelse att de handlingar som projektören lämnar vidare till entreprenören är av god kvalitet för att undvika missförstånd ute på byggarbetsplatsen.
De fel som förorsakas vid projekteringen anses vara de fel som orsakar de största felkostnaderna inom ett byggprojekt och som dessutom leder till kvalitetsbrister i anläggningen. Våren 2014 kom Svensk Byggtjänst ut med sin rapport Besparingsmöjligheter genom effektivare kommunikation i byggprocesser, i vilken det konstateras att den bristande kommunikationen fördyrar byggprojekt med 32 miljarder kronor per år. Vidare förklaras att den tydligaste orsaken till den bristande kommunikationen är otydliga handlingar och anbudsunderlag.
Med utgångspunkt i arbetets problemområde är avsikten att genom aktörernas olika perspektiv belysa problematiken med bristfälliga handlingar och anläggningar för att undersöka om det finns samband. Samt försöka utreda vad som avses med god kvalitet gällande handlingar och anläggningar.

Litteraturstudie ligger till grund för arbetets frågeställning. Vidare kommer en intervju- och objektstudie att genomföras för att samla in kompletterande data som sedan sammanställs och analyseras. Därefter dras slutsatser som jämförs med litteraturstudien.
Det framgår enligt arbetets resultat att ordet kvalitet kan betyda mycket. Likaså definitionen av vad som avses vara vanliga fel och brister som projektören gör i handlingar. Beroende av ens aktörsroll har man olika perspektiv på orden kvalitet och fel.
I arbetets studie framgår även att det finns ett samband mellan handlingar och anläggning, men hur starkt eller svagt det sambandet blir avgörs av olika faktorer, t.ex. attityden hos de aktörer som antingen ska producera eller tolka handlingarna.

The transition between design and production have been identified as a highly complex one within the construction process due to the fact that many participants leave the project and new ones take over. For this reason, it is crucial that the documents are of good quality to avoid misunderstandings.
The errors caused during the design phase are considered to be the errors causing the greatest costs within a construction project and causing quality deficiencies in the facility. Spring 2014 Svensk Byggtjänst published its report Besparingsmöjligheter genom effektivare kommunikation i byggprocesser, in which it is found that the lack of communication increase the price of
construction projects with 32 billion swedish crowns per year, and further on it is explained that the most obvious reason for the lack of communication is unclear documentation.
The intention with this study have been to examine problems considering inadequate documentation, through the different perspectives of the construction process’ participants. The aim was also to investigate whether there was a correlation between the documentation and it’s facility, as well as trying to define what is meant by good quality concerning documentation and facilities.

The literature is the basis for the questions. Further more will interview- and objectstudies be conducted to collect additional data, that are compiled and analyzed and from which conclusions will be drawn. These are then compared with the literature.
According to the result the meaning of quality can mean a lot of things, as well as the definition of more common errors and omissions in documents. Depending on one’s role within the construction process everyone has different perspectives and definitions concerning quality and errors.
The study also show that there is a connection between documents and it’s facility, but how strong or weak that relationship will be is determined by different factors, such as the attitude of the participants that either produce or interpret the documents.
