Abstract

I samband med att dagens produktionsgrenar inom lantbruk blir omfattande och även gårdarnas
maskiner blir större så krävs det byggnader som är anpassade till det, vilket inte brukar vara fallet. De
maskinhallar som byggdes förr är alldeles för låga i tak och för små. Ekonomin i lantbruksföretag är
ofta pressade och för att få ner kostnaderna är det viktigt att kunna sköta servicen på maskiner
själva. Därför behöver lantbruksföretaget ofta en välutrustad verkstad
Målet med denna studie är att ta reda på vilka faktorer som är viktiga att tänka på vid byggnation.
Även vilka faktorer som spelar roll beroende på vilken storlek byggnationen ska vara. Syftet är att
den här studien ska kunna hjälpa lantbrukare inför en byggnation och vad man ska tänka på vid en
nybyggnation.
Vi har använt oss av en litteraturstudie och enkätundersökning för att fördjupa oss inom detta ämne.
Inom litteraturstudien fördjupade vi oss i frågor som rör brandskydd, ljudisolering, oljeavskiljare,
värmesystem och ventilation samt undersökte möjligheten att använda taket till solceller.
Fyra av gårdarna som är med i intervjuerna ligger runt Örebro och tre av gårdarna ligger i Skåne.
Storleken på gårdarna varierar från 100 hektar till 1800 hektar: Alla gårdarna har växtodling som
huvudverksamhet men har sedan flera andra verksamhetsgrenar. Storleken på deras maskinhallar
har varierat från 648 m2 till 2760 m2
Det vi har kommit fram till i resultatet är att priset på byggnaden varierade stort beroende på om det
var totalentreprenad eller om mycket gjordes själv. Resultatet visade även att byggnaden användes
till fler ändamål så som förvaring, tvätthall, kontor, sprutbod och oljerum. I enkätundersökningen
syns även att golvvärme var ett vanligt sätt att fördela värmen. Storleken på byggnaden varierade
inte på grund av arealen utan mer på ekonomiska och estetiska skäl.
Kostnaden per kvadratmeter varierade stort. Den gård som hade byggt billigast hade en
kvadratmeterkostnad på 2200 kr medan gården med högst byggkostnad landade på nästan 3900 kr
per kvadratmeter. Detta berodde på att gården byggde mycket i egen regi medan den gården med
högst byggkostnad använde totalentreprenad. Gårdarna uppgav att eget arbete och material var
medräknat i dessa siffror.
Slutsatsen i detta arbete är att storleken på byggnaden till största del styrs av gårdens ekonomi och
hur mycket arbete man kan göra själv. Det är tydligt att byggnaderna har blivit större idag än vad de
var för 30 år sedan och att de dessutom är mångsidigare idag. För att bygga en välfungerande
maskinhall/verkstad idag bör man besöka flera byggen för att få idéer innan ens egen byggnation
drar igång. När det kommer till uppvärmning så är det olika från gård till gård beroende på vilka
förutsättningar som finns men flest har valt golvvärme.

In connection with today's production in agriculture, getting bigger and with even larger machines,
storage buildings for farm machinery and workshops is no longer suitable for the operations. The
buildings that were built in the past are far too low in ceilings and too small. The economy of
agricultural companies is under pressure and needs to reduce costs, therefore it is important to be
able to handle the service on machines themselves.
The goal of this study is to find out which aspects that are important to consider when you are
building a storage for farm machinery and which factors that affects the size of the building. The
purpose of this study is to help farmers when they are going to build and be aware of factors that are
important to think about.
Within the literature study, we decided to go further in these subjects:, fire protection, sound
insulation, oil separators, heating systems, ventilation and investigated the possibility of using the
roof for solar cells.
Four of the farms in the interviews was located in Örebro county and three of the farms was located
in Skåne county. The size of the farms has varied from 100 hectares to 1800 hectares. All the farms
has arable production as their main business, but then have several other productions. The size of
their buildings has varied from 648 m2 to 2760 m2.
What we have come up with in the result is that the price of the building varied greatly depending on
whether it was all contract or if much was done by themselves. The result also showed that the
building was used for more purposes, such as storage, wash station, offices, pesticide storage and oil
rooms. The survey also shows that floor heating was very common as a distributor of heat. The size
of the building varied widely, not because of how many hectares they had, but more for economic
and aesthetic reasons.
The cost per square meter varied a lot. The farm that had the lowest cost had a square meter cost on
2200 SEK to the farm with the highest building cost on nearly 3900 SEK per square meter. The reason
for this was that the farm was doing most of the work on the building by themselves while some
other farmers used a contractor that did the whole lot. The farmers told us that their own labour and
material was included in the total cost.
The conclusion of this study is that the size of the building is largely dependent by the farm economy
and how much work you can do yourself. It is clear that the buildings have grown bigger today than
they were 30 years ago and that they are more diverse today. To build a good machine hall /
workshop today, you should visit several buildings to get ideas before you start with your own
building. When it comes to heating systems, it is very different from farm to farm depending on the
conditions that exist there.
