Abstract

Målet med detta examensarbete var att få en uppfattning om hur de anställda på plantskolorna upplever sin arbetsmiljö.
Mitt val av en psykosocial inriktning av studien, beror på att det tidigare inte har gjorts något liknande i en vidare utsträckning.
Den metod som kom att användas, för att nå det uppsatta målet, var en anonym enkätundersökning. Efter att enkätundersökningen utförts och sammanställts så analyserades de anställdas svarsangivelser. Det återfanns både positiva och negativa faktorer som upplevdes i de intervjuade plantskolsföretagen.

The purpose with this examination paper was to form an opinion of how the nursery-employees find their work environment.
My choice of a psycho-social direction of the study depends on that such have not earlier been done to a larger extent.
The method that was used, to reach the purpose, was an anonymous enquete-inquiry. After the enquete-inquiry was fulfilled and placed together there was analysis of the answers from the employees made. There were both positive and negative factors that was found in the interviewed nursery-companies.
