Abstract

En fortsatt förtätning
av
storstäder
samt
en
ökande
befolkningsmängd
skapar
ett
behov
av
hållbar
stadsutveckling.
Skulle
vi
genom
att
odla
i
fler
sammanhang
och

fler
platser
i
staden,
kunna
bidra
till
hållbarhet
ur
ett
ekologiskt,
socialt
och
hälsofrämjande
perspektiv?
Arbetets
syfte
är
att
undersöka
och
utvärdera
ett
samarbete
inom
stadsodling
mellan
fastighetsägaren
MKB,
koordinatorn
Odla
i
stan
och
brukarna

bostadsområdet
Herrgården.
Särskilt
fokus
ligger

att
undersöka
om
den
bostadsnära
stadsodlingen
är
långsiktig
och
ekonomiskt
hållbar,
vilken
roll
de
tre
olika
parterna
spelar
och
vad
som
bör
tas
i
åtanke
om
typen
av
samarbete
skulle
användas

ett
annat
bostadsområde?
Målet
är
att
undersöka
om
arbetet

Herrgården
skulle
kunna
fungera
som
en
slags
modell
att
använda

fler
platser
och
i

fall
gynna
den
allmänna
stadsodlingens
fortsatta
utveckling.
Metoden
för
arbetet
har
gjorts
genom
en
fallstudie
som
innefattar
djupintervjuer
och
observationer

platsen
samt
en
mindre
litteraturstudie
som
resultatet
kan
relateras
och
förhållas
till.
Samarbetet

Herrgården
är
en
följd
av
tidigare
samarbeten
mellan
förvaltaren
från
MKB
och
koordinatorn
från
Odla
i
stan.
Deras
arbete
bygger
till
stor
del

ett
förtroende
mellan
dem.
Fastighetsägaren
och
koordinatorn
har
olika
roller
och
arbetssätt
som
kan
vara
gynnande
för
den
bostadsnära
stadsodlingens
utveckling

Herrgården
och
dess
resultat.
Olika
mål
och
syften
för
ett
bostadsområde
kan
nås
genom
en
bostadsnära
stadsodling.
Just
att
odlingen
är
bostadsnära
spelar
roll
för
brukaren
och
även
barnen
i
bostadsområdet
drar
nytta
av
den

flera
sätt.
Detta
genom
att
de
tillåts
att
delta
i
det
praktiska
arbetet.
Odlandet
bidrar
till
sociala
möten
mellan
grannar,
upprymdhet
hos
brukaren
och
positivitet
i
bostadsområdet.
Arbetet
visar
att
typen
av
samarbete
som
utförs

Herrgården
skulle
kunna
vara
långsiktig
och
möjlig
att
användas

andra
bostadsområden
som
ett
exempel,
men
att
arbetets
utfall
till
stor
del
är
beroende
av
vilka
aktörerna
är,
samt
förutsättningarna

platsen.
Om
initiativtagandet
till
odlingen
inte
kommer
från
de
boende
eller
de
blivande
brukarna
kan
det
ta
längre
tid
att
vinna
deras
engagemang.
De
förutsättningar
som
just
det
bostadsnära
odlandet
ger
är
avgörande
för
den
dagliga
användningen
av
skörden
för
brukaren
samt
för
barnens
möjlighet
till
deltagande
i
bostadsområdet.

A
continued
densification
of
cities
and
an
increased
population
creates
a
need
for
sustainable
urban
development.
Could
we
by
growing
in
more
contexts
and
in
more
locations
in
the
city,
contributing
to
sustainability
from
an
ecological,
social
and
health
perspective?
The
aim
of
the
work
is
to
investigate
and
evaluate
the
cooperation
between
the
property
owner
MKB,
coordinator
Odla
i
stan
and
users
at
the
residential
area
Herrgården.
Special
focus
is
on
examining
if
the
urban
agriculture
close
to
home
is
long-‐term
and
economically
sustainable,
the
role
of
the
three
different
parties
in
the
cooperation
and
what
should
be
taken
into
account
when
the
work
would
be
used
in
a
different
neighborhood?
The
goal
is
to
investigate
whether
the
cooperation
of
the
urban
agriculture
close
to
home
in
the
manor
could
serve
as
a
kind
of
model
to
use
in
other
locations,
and
if
so,
favoring
urban
agriculture´s
continued
development.
The
method
of
work
has
been
carried
out
through
a
case
study
that
includes
interviews
and
observations
on
the
spot
and
a
small
literature
study
that
the
results
can
refer
to.
The
cooperation
in
the
residential
manor
is
a
result
of
previous
collaborations
between
the
administrator
from
MKB
and
the
coordinator
from
Odla
i
stan.
Their
work
is
largely
based
on
trust
between
them.
The
property
owner
and
coordinator
have
different
roles
and
approaches
that
will
be
favorable
for
the
development
and
performance
of
their
work.
Different
goals
and
objectives
for
a
residential
can
be
accessed
through
the
urban
agriculture
close
to
home.
The
fact
that
the
cultivation
is
close
plays
a
big
roll
for
the
user
and
even
children
in
the
residential
area
benefits
from
it
in
several
ways.
This,
by
being
allowed
to
participate
in
the
practical
work
around
the
cultivation.
The
cultivation
contributes
to
social
encounters
between
neighbors,
elation
of
the
user
and
positivity
in
the
residential
area.
The
work
shows
that
the
type
of
cooperation
carried
out
at
the
mansion
could
be
long-‐term
and
possible
to
use
in
other
neighborhoods
as
an
example,
but
the
work
outcome
largely
depends
on
who
the
players
are
and
the
conditions
at
the
site.
If
the
initiative
to
cultivate
is
not
from
the
residents
or
future
users,
it
may
take
longer
to
gain
their
commitment.
The
conditions
that
the
close
to
home
cultivation
provides
is
crucial
for
the
daily
use
of
the
harvest
of
the
user
as
well
as
children's
participation
opportunities
in
the
residential
area.
