Abstract

Syfte: I denna studie vill jag undersöka hur rekryteringsprocesser, gruppdynamik och motivationsfrågor behandlas inom kommunal och privat parkförvaltning. Dessa frågor behandlas inom ramen för Human resource management, som handlar om att ta till vara på målen för organisationer och medarbetares behov att utvecklas på jobbet. Med en
ämnesinriktad litteratur och en kvalitativ intervjuteknik vill jag undersöka de frågor som aktualiseras av dem som arbetar inom kommunal regi och i privat företagande. Frågorna delades upp i ämnesområdena; organisation, rekrytering, medarbetare, motivation och gruppdynamik.
Metod: Intervjuerna studerades ingående och vid upprepade tillfällen för att få en uppfattning om var kärnan i informationen som informanterna delgivit mig låg. Därefter analyserades texterna och resultaten delades in i teman; synen på organisation och rekrytering/motivation
och karriärmöjligheter och gruppdynamik på arbetsplats.
Slutsats: Det visade sig att ledarna till stor del litar på medarbetarnas förmågor att hitta motivation och att arbeta tillsammans i grupper. Men arbetslag som byts ut med regelbunden intervall genom säsongs- och sommarvikarierna minskar möjligheter till fördjupning inom de
gruppdynamiska processerna. Något som komplicerar arbetssituationen ytterligare är att man sällan rekryteras längre än sex månader per år. Studien visar avslutningsvis på att det finns möjligheter att arbeta vidare inom organisationer för att organisationskulturen och
grupprocesser ska kunna växa sig starka.

Objective: In this study I examine how recruitment processes, group dynamics and motivation issues are addressed in municipal and private park management. These issues are addressed within the Human resource management, which is all about taking advantage of the goals of organizations and employees' needs to develop on the job. With a subject-oriented literature and a qualitative interview techniques , I want to examine the issues raised by those who work in municipal management and in private enterprise. The questions are divided into subjects; organization , recruitment, employee motivation and team dynamics.

Method: Interviews were studied in detail and repeatedly to get an idea of where the core of the information that the informants communicated to me low. Then analyzed the texts and the results were divided into themes ; perception of the organization and recruitment / motivation and career opportunities and team dynamics in the workplace.

Conclusion: It was shown that the leaders largely rely on employees' abilities to find motivation and to work together in groups. But teams that are replaced at regular intervals by seasonal and summer vicars reduces opportunities for specialization within the group dynamic processes. Complicating the situation further work is that you rarely recruited more than six months per year. The study shows conclude that there are opportunities to work
within organizations to organizational culture and group processes are to grow strong.
