Abstract
Micronutrient dificiencies, so called ”Hidden Hunger” is a wide spread global problem. Indications are that horticultural intervention through gardening could be an effective method of combatting the problem in developing countries. This thesis combines a field study
examing the background and physical possibliities associated with gardening in South India with a garden masterplan with focus on battling hidden hunger.
