Abstract

När grisbönder avvecklar sin grisproduktion blir gamla stallbyggnader tomma och oanvändbara  på grund av den låga takhöjden. Genom att göra en takhöjning på byggnaden blir den mer  användbar och man kan byta inriktning på byggnaden och få in maskiner i byggnaden. En  stallbyggnad som är isolerad, ger en användbar byggnad till en lägre kostnad istället för att  bygga en ny hallbyggnad med stålramar.    Syftet med den här undersökningen är att vi vill lära oss mer om vad man ska tänka på när en  byggnad ska ändras, vad byggnaden kan användas till efter ändringen och om man har blivit  nöjd med förändringen av byggnaden.    I litteraturstudien tar vi upp att grisstallar har en takkonstruktion som gör det möjligt att höja  väggarna för att få mer takhöjd. Ett alternativ är att riva den gamla byggnaden och bygga en ny  hall med stålramskonstruktion. Det finns en del regler att ta hänsyn till när ekonomibyggnader  ska byggas om.  Vi visar även hur ett stall med höjt tak ser ut ifrån insidan och hur en  takhöjning går till.    Vi valde att göra en intervjuundersökning för att lära oss mer om ämnet. Genom ett företag  som gör takhöjningar fick vi kontakt med femton företagare som höjt taket. Tio företag ställde  upp i undersökningen. Vi ställde samma tio frågor till alla företagen och sammanställde sen  svaren. Genom att intervjua företagen kommer man närmare dem och får se deras syn. Vi  undersökte även hur försäkringsbolagen tänkte i frågan eftersom det kom upp i  intervjuundersökningen.    Byggnaderna är byggda från 1970‐talet fram till början av 2000‐talet, alla höjningarna är gjorda  från 2012 till 2019. Alla företagarna svarade att ekonomin var en viktig faktor vid deras beslut  att höja taket istället för att bygga nytt. Efter takhöjningen används nio av byggnaderna till  maskinhall och en till kostall. Alla lantbrukarna var väldigt nöjda med sin takhöjning då de fick  mer användning av sin byggnad till ett bra pris.    Det vi har sett i arbetet är att byggnader med rätt konstruktion och i bra skick är värda att  bygga om för att få ny användning. Att takhöjningarna är gjorda under 2000‐talet tror vi har att  göra med att många lantbrukare slutar med sin djurproduktion. Vi tänker även att en anledning  till att takhöjningar har ökat är för att när någon har börjat så är det fler som fortsätter.    Slutsatsen vi har kommit fram till är att när lantbrukaren höjer taket på sin befintliga byggnad  får man en bra och användbar byggnad till ett rimligt pris.

Many pig farmers put down their production and get buildings that just stand on the farm and  fall in to disrepair. The roof height is usually too low to use for machinery. By raising the roof  on the building, it becomes more useful. Since they are built as stables they are insulated and  provide a more useful building at a low cost instead of e.g. build a new steel machinery shed.     The purpose of this study is that we want to learn more about what to think about when a  building should be changed. What the building can be used for after the change and if you have  been satisfied with the change of the building.    In the literature study we note that pig stables have a roof structure that allows the walls to be  raised to get more ceiling height. An alternative is to demolish the old building and build a new  building with steel frame construction. There are some rules to consider when rebuilding farm  buildings. We also show how a stable look from the inside when the roof has been raised and  how raising a roof is made.     We chose to do an interview survey to learn more about the subject. Through a company that  raises roofs, we got in touch whit 15 companies who raised their roofs. Ten of them wanted to  be included in the survey. We asked the same 10 questions to all the companies and then  complied the answers. By interviewing the farm managers, you get closer to them and see their  views on the matter. We also examined how the insurance companies thought about the issue  when this came up in the interview survey.    The buildings were built from the 1970s until the beginning of the 2000s while all of the  reconstructions were made from 2012 to 2019. All the companies responded that the economy  was a big part of their decision to raise the roof instead of putting up a new building. After  raising the roof, nine of the buildings are used for machinery hall and one as a cow stable. All  the farmers were very happy with their raised roof as they got more use of their building at a  good price.    What we have seen in this study is that buildings of the right construction and in good  condition are worth renovating to get new use. The fact that the roof raises were made during  the 2000s, we believe is due to many farmers ending their animal production. We also believe  that the reason for the increase in roof raises is because when someone has started, more  people follows.    What we have come to realise is that when the farmer raises roof of his existing building, you  get a good and usable building at a reasonable price.
