Abstract

Denna uppsats handlar om integration och integrationsarbetet på landsbygden. Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur aktörer i tre olika integrationsprojekt har upplevt samarbetet. Detta för att sedan se om det är möjligt att skapa en metod för hur man kan arbeta med integrationsprojekt i framtiden.
Studien har sin utgångspunkt i en sammanställning av lyckade integrationsprojekt som finansierats av landsbygdsprogrammet. Tre projekt valdes ut för en djupare studie där kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med berörda aktörer. Detta för att få en så tydlig bild av hur de har uppfattat arbetet i de olika projekten.
Resultatet av studien visar att man i ett tidigt skede identifierat vika kompetenser som behövs i projekten och därefter upprättat samarbeten med aktörer som besitter de kompetenserna. De som samarbetat i de olika projekten kunde delas in i tre olika kategorier; Arbetsmarknadskontaktande aktör, utbildande aktör samt målgruppsresurs. Det goda samarbetet mellan dessa tre kategorier har varit en av anledningarna till det goda resultatet.
Utifrån aktörernas upplevelser av arbetet har faktorer kunnat identifieras som viktiga för det goda resultatet och som därför kan spridas till framtida integrationsprojekt på landsbygden.

This paper explores forms for working with integration in rural areas. The objective of this study is two-fold, firstly to examine the perspectives in three different integration projects and how the actors experienced the atmosphere of cooperation within their projects. Secondly to see if it is possible to create a model on which to base future integration projects on basis of the empirical data collected.
The empirical data was collected through qualitative interviews with participating actors in the three different projects. The qualitative method was chosen to gain a comprehensive and thorough understanding of how the actors perceive the collaboration.
The results of this study show that collaboration between different actors in integration work is very important. The amount of collaboration between the actors in each project is seen as a key reason for the projects success. Al three projects have successfully created contact surfaces between immigrants and the rural community. This in turn increases immigrants’ chances of acquiring a job.
From the project participants’ experiences of the collaboration a number of factors could be identified that where important for the projects success. It is suggested that future rural integration projects implemented with these factors in mind may increase their success.
